Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please read our simple cancellation terms:

❌ Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them.

  • Cancellations must have a valid reason.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or with the courier.

❄️ When We Cancel Orders

Aarogrit reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Technical or payment processing issues

  • Fraud or suspicious activity

We are not liable to provide any specific reason in case your order is cancelled by us.

If an order is cancelled by us and you have been charged, the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days.

Note: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed only after the product is returned (if already shipped) and completes the quality check at our warehouse.
